Brandt-Daroff Exercise: Sit at the edge of the bed. Lift your head up 45 degrees to the right and up. Without moving your head, lie down on your right side rapidly. Wait for 30 seconds in this position and then come back to the sitting position. Wait for 30 seconds in seated position. Now, lift your head with the same angle but this time to your left. Without moving your head, lie down on your left side rapidly. Wait for 30 seconds in this position and then come back to the sitting position. Repeat the exercise 4-5 times for both sides. Keep doing 2-3 sets within the day to relieve the symptoms of vertigo.
Neck Rotations: Move your head up and down. Then turn your head left and right. For each move, wait for 10 seconds.
